1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gömb's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Gömb provides software development services including web development, mobile application development, and AI solutions. All services are provided on a project basis with agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by Gömb remain with the client upon final payment. Gömb retains the right to use anonymized project information for portfolio and marketing purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays or unforeseen technical challenges. Gömb will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes client data, project specifications, and any sensitive business information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gömb's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service delivery.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Mexican law.
